Pleasant Ridge is a vibrant, walkable neighborhood in Cincinnati that features charming homes, award-winning parks, and a lively mix of independent businesses. It was listed as “one of the best neighborhoods in Cincinnati to live in” by Niche.com due to low crime rates, excellent public schools, affordable housing, and a robust business district.

Pleasant Ridge is home to many long-time staples like Pleasant Ridge Chili as well as new favorites like Revolution Rotisserie - a popular neighborhood gastropub - and the Fowling Warehouse, a 47,000-square-foot facility for the Football Bowling Pin Game.

Speaking of new, developers are planning a five-story, Tudor-style lifestyle center called The Ridge, with luxury condos, storefronts, and amenities in the heart of Pleasant Ridge's resurgent business district. It’s set to be finished in 2024, so be on the lookout for this new hotspot.
