Michelle Hudepohl Group Maximizes the Buying, Selling Experience

Buying a home, one of the biggest investments of your life, is usually pretty stressful. But Michelle Hudepohl has always enjoyed the process.

“When my husband and I bought our very first home, I thought, ‘Well that was fun, I should become a realtor,’” she recalls.

At the time, her husband was in Air Force pilot training, stationed in Tacoma Washington. She became licensed there from 1998-2001. “Fast forward to 2006, we are out of military, and newly living in Cincinnati, which is home for my husband, with a 4.5, 2.5 year old and pregnant with our third,” she says. “I decided to get licensed in Ohio a month before our third baby was born. I have been licensed ever since.”

Prior to real estate, Hudepohl was in retail. “I loved working with people, but didn’t like not having flexibility with my schedule,” she says. “I needed something that allowed me to see my husband when he was home in between flying around the world.”

Today, she’s one of the top producing agents in the city, state and nation. “In the past 11 years at Coldwell Banker, I’ve managed to finish every year in the top 50 and even made the top 30 a couple times,” she shares. “Thanks to my clients and all the referrals in 2022, I ended up: #20 in the company; #1 out of our Great Northeast office; and top 1% internationally - international President’s Premier Agent.”

“A little over a year ago, I made one of the best decisions of my life as Sheri Elmore joined me in making the Michelle Hudepohl Group,” she says. “Having another realtor on board has allowed me to serve our clients better and take great care of any referrals sent our way.”

Hudepohl also attributes her success to genuinely enjoying the entire process of helping clients buy and sell homes. “I love everything related to real estate and homes - from staging, or determining the best use of space and how to make it functional, to highlighting what makes an area unique,” she explains. “Plus, I truly love helping people and having them feel I have their best interest at heart. There is nothing better than helping someone find the home that best suits their needs and budget and or helping a client obtain top dollar for one of their biggest investments. The relationships and friendships built over the years has been beyond fulfilling.”

Hudepohl will be a featured expert at the Empowering Her Women's Health Expo this Sunday. Click here to learn more about the event and use the code REFINED to get half-off admission to any brunch 'n' learn. It's also a fun event for families, as there will be a kid's play zone and complimentary babysitting service to keep the kids entertained while parents enjoy the event.

Going along with the health-theme, Hudepohl says CPR is Key (pun intended) to staying alive in real estate:

  • Communication (Constant communication with our clients and business partners)
  • Partnership (Importance of building relationships with our clients and business partners)
  • Responsiveness (Time is of the essence )
