A Squared Personal Consulting Puts Time (and Sanity) Back in Your Life

"Angie gets it done." That's something Angie Dodge has heard a lot throughout her career. And a few years ago, she decided to build a business around it with "Angie gets it done" as her tagline.

For 20 years, Dodge was a c-suite level executive assistant. She started in Germany for the Air Force, and then in Cincinnati for Fifth Third Bank, Cincinnati Bell, and a small market research firm. During this time, she also received her degree in HR Management. "Wearing many hats as most executive assistants do, the HR function was always my favorite," she says. "I just love working with people and accommodating all different needs and personalities."

While still employed in 2019, a friend asked Dodge to help her with an extensive to-do list, which inspired her to launch A Squared Personal Consulting. "My friend was very aware of my reputation for getting things done, and she became my first client. I thought this would be a side gig and more concierge-based," she says. "By January 2020, I had three professional clients looking for executive admin work and I haven't looked back since. My business is now my career and definitely isn't a side gig any more!"

Today, Dodge has a team at A Squared Personal Consulting offering Virtual Executive Administrative Services, Human Resource Management Support, Project Management, Accounting Services, and full stack back office support. "We are an excellent resource for small companies not wanting to hire full-time help. My team is comprised of seasoned professionals with a wide variety of experience," she explains. "Only need an excel spreadsheet set up? I have a person able to do that. Need to hire? We can do that, from advertising to interviewing and background checks. Our business model is set up to save the time for executives, business owner and busy people alike so they can focus on the things that are truly important to them."

Dodge says her favorite thing about what she does is seeing her team be the secret to another's success. "I love seeing when the businesses we support start to grow and function the way they should for continued growth and success and knowing my team helped them get there," she says.
