YMCAs Around Town: Blue Ash YMCA

The Blue Ash YMCA is a longtime mainstay nestled in the heart of this growing community.

It features several fitness studios and a cycling studio, youth programs, basketball and racquetball courts, a sauna and steam room, as well as three pools. There's the outdoor pool, a 50-meter pool located outside of the Main Building, as well as the Main indoor pool, a 25-yard pool located inside the Main Building. Then, there's the Ferris Pool, an indoor 25-yard pool located at the Ferris Building adjacent to the Main Building.

The Ferris Building was built in the '80s to add sports fields, an additional indoor pool and large group fitness spaces.

The Blue Ash YMCA offers two full day preschool classrooms. They are licensed by the state of Ohio and are Star Rated by Step Up to Quality. Families with children on the autism spectrum are thrilled to now have a preschool autism learning center at the Blue Ash YMCA as well. Classrooms serve 75 special needs and typical kids from 6:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. each day. All teachers are degreed and experienced in working with autistic children.

Need to keep the kids busy while you workout and get in some “you time”? There’s a huge Kids Club child watch area they’ll love (and, of course, you will too). Members receive up to two hours daily of free child watch by experienced and trained staff. Services are available for children from 6 weeks to 9 years of age.

With a full-court gymnasium, indoor swim lessons, and dedicated preschool level, children have many opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive at the Blue Ash YMCA.

The Blue Ash YMCA also features these great programs: Youth Sports, Swim Lessons, Competitive Swim Team, Personal Training, and much more! They also have a Day Camp called Camp Creekwood, which uses the Blue Ash YMCA's shelter, trails, activity spaces, and par course trail, located between the Main Building and Ferris Building.
