The Barre Code Offers Free Classes for an Entire Week In April

If you've ever wanted to take a barre class, now's your chance. The Barre Code is celebrating their upcoming 2nd anniversary with an entire week of free classes from April 22nd through April 28th.

For those who are unfamiliar, barre is an invigorating workout that utilizes a ballet barre as well as strengthening ballet movements.

Barre Code opened on April 22, 2017, with the objective of providing affordable classes that yield a sense of belonging in a judgment-free zone. Their mantra, or code, promotes the idea of believing in your strength and discovering your abilities by always wanting to improve and exceed our own extraordinary expectations.

Aside from “living by the code,” owner Michelle Ziegler strives to get to know her clients and their individual fitness goals. She makes sure they leave a class feeling better than when they arrived, and that they resolve any barriers that keep them from trying future classes. She assures everyone that despite barre having a reputation for being difficult, her facility offers three different core class formats that go beyond typical barre classes. Cardio, strength, and restoration make up these various formats, affording members the option of selecting the specific style of workout they’re looking for.

Barre Code has daily classes that you can book online, or you can sign up for a membership. Lunchtime classes are very popular and convenient for clients who are working professionals. They hope the promotional week will not only celebrate their anniversary but also introduce people from all over the Tri-state to everything the Barre Code has to offer.

They’ve also partnered with dozens of local brands and small businesses to support future discounts for classes and fun giveaways throughout the week-long celebration. They’ll be releasing specially-priced memberships to a number of people, as well. They're expecting to welcome over 100 new visitors during their week of free classes.
