METROPOLE RESTAURANT - TRUFFLE SPECIALS
Open Sunday-Thursday from 5:30-10pm, and Friday-Saturday from 5-10pm, enjoy the new Metropole menu by executive chef Vanessa Miller as she takes a modern spin on classic French and Italian cooking. And, for this week only, the menu will feature several specials with black truffles taking the savory spotlight.
HEAT & EAT MEAL KIT - TRUFFLE FEAST
Want the taste of Truffle Week at Metropole from the comfort of home? This heat-and-eat Truffle Feast is just what you’re hungry for. Available Friday, Jan. 21 – Saturday, Jan. 22, it’s $125 per package and serves two. These Feasts are be available for pickup Friday, Jan. 21 and Saturday, Jan. 22. COOKING CLASS - "NEEDS MORE SALT" TRUFFLE EDITION
Cook up some fun at home with this truffle-themed “Needs More Salt” cooking class. Taking place Thursday, Jan. 20, at 7PM, this virtual class is live with executive chef Vanessa Miller as she walks you through each step, offer helpful tips and interacts with participants. You pick up your ingredient box with everything you need for the class, and then tune in for lots of tasty, truffled teachings. Price is $150 per package and serves two.
