Designer Items and More Women's Boutique Unveils Expanded New Montgomery Location

Gucci, Dior, Chanel ... oh my!

Felisa Insignares has always loved her designer fashion. Inspired by her mom -- who raised her to embrace the beauty of different countries, languages and styles -- and influenced by her 15 year career at a Fortune 50 Company, she opened Designer Items and More in 2017.

Her first location was in West Chester. Then, in 2019, she moved to a larger, more centrally-located space in Montgomery on Cooper Rd. This summer, she relocated to an even larger space next to Montgomery Inn.

Now, it’s an expansive, award-winning women's fashion boutique specializing in new, pre-owned and vintage designer women's clothes, handbags, shoes, jewelry, gifts and other designer wearables. Brands include classic luxury brands such as Chanel, Dior, Akris, Escada, Dolce & Gabbana, Christian Louboutin, and Armani alongside contemporary designers such as Stella McCartney and Charlotte Olympia.

"Our expansive designer inventory includes everything from vintage costume jewelry from the 1920's to contemporary couture," Insignares says. "Our boutique provides designer items to suit every occasion, including boardroom power suits, dresses for special occasions and everyday outfits that make an impact. Find everything from classic couture to fun fashion and enjoy mixing and matching to find a look just right for you!"

Insignares also offers personal styling services. "Many of our clients have a look in mind they want to achieve, an event they're going to, or a place they'll be traveling to soon," she explains. "So, I pull looks exclusively for them, curating accessories for each to give a complete head-to-toe style, so they can come in for a stress-free experience that's both time-efficient and fun!"
