The Megan Stacey Group: A Real Estate Powerhouse Inspired by Helping Others

Megan Stacey has always loved helping others. As a mom of three with a background in public education, she now owns and runs one of Coldwell Banker Realty's top-producing teams, The Megan Stacey Group.

Stacey decided to leave the education field to start a new career in real estate that provided more opportunities to grow personally, professionally and within the community.

“I had a passion for starting my own business and realized real estate was a great fit for my skill set and my love of helping and serving people,” she says. “I work from sun up to sun down, but it's all worth it. I love what I do and I love the important role we play in our clients' lives.”

When Stacey started her real estate career in May 2015, she wanted to help people not only find and sell homes, but also empower other women as she grew her team. “I wanted to provide a level of service to people they couldn't find anywhere else,” she says. “And I knew I could do that by growing a team like nowhere else.”

Today, the Megan Stacey Group is a team of eight on a mission to help families successfully buy, sell, or invest in real estate. "The great thing about working with a group is that you get the power of many for the price of one," Stacey explains. "We all bring unique experiences, expertise, and networks to the table, and we're able to act so quickly as a team."

In her spare time, Stacey is also the fashion blogger behind Polka Dots and Pleats providing style and lifestyle content as her hobby. She also runs the popular Cincinnati Moms and Friends Facebook Group. In addition, she loves volunteering in the community including various leadership positions for the Junior League of Cincinnati, Catholic Residential Service, and Mercy Young Leaders. “I really love being as connected to the community, its people and its causes,” Stacey says. “It gives me a lot of purpose when I can help others.”

Earlier this year, the Megan Stacey Group teamed up with Julia Wesselkamper to form the ultimate power group of female real estate agents. Wesselkamper has been the #1 agent in Coldwell Banker's central regional office since 2016, and she's in the top 1% of National Realty Trust Agents in the nation. To top it off, runs a staging company called Stage It By Julia, LLC.

With this joint effort under one roof, The Megan Stacey Group and The Julia Wesselkamper Group now works as one group to anticipate, serve, and exceed client expectations. “Our combined value and performance is greater than the sum of our individual parts, and that's a win for our clients,” says Stacey.

As the two groups work together as one, everyone on the team looks forward to the future and continued growth. “We want to continue to strive to grow gracefully so that our business growth allows us to continue to provide the service our clients deserve,” says Stacey.

They are currently working on a new website and new, neighborhood-specific content. They also hope to team up with local female business owners to share more about their successes in their communities.
