Meet FLIP. FLIP isn't a person... well, not really. FLIP is an organization, but one inspired and named after a courageous person, FLIP founder Carl Seiley's dad, whose nickname was (you guessed it) Flip.
I am passionate about FLIP because I think we have a great opportunity to save lives through cancer prevention. Losing my father to cancer was devastating. To honor his legacy, I have devoted myself to helping other families avoid a similar loss. We have the power to prevent cancer. We have the power to avoid this terrible disease and inspire our friends and family to do the same. - Carl Seiley
The FLIP organization (which stands for FIGHT, LIVE, INSPIRE, and PREVENT) helps people realize the opportunity to flip their lifestyles and take proactive measures against cancer.
Okay, let's break down what that really means.
Fight - Fighting together to challenge cancer risks outside of our individual control
Live - Having fun and living life to its fullest (which, btw, is the best way to prevent cancer)
Inspire - Challenging yourself to reach friends and family
Prevent - Making prevention fun, approachable, simple and community-driven
FLIP doesn't do this alone, however. It forms partnerships with like-minded organizations -- organizations like InHealth, for example. (InHealth is a CO-OP health insurance company, which means any profits made go back into the membership through enhancing benefits, lowering premiums, and working with and creating health and wellness programs that benefit the community.)
It's difficult to find a more closely aligned partnership than the one that exists between InHealth and FLIP.
Take a look.

InHealth embodies FLIP's values: fun, inspirational, community-driven. With InHealth's help, we will be able to inspire more people to take preventative action and stop cancer before it starts. - Carl Seiley
Cancer is a powerful force, but together we can be more powerful.
