134 industrial-style apartments and three retail spaces have transformed the formerly decaying Peters Cartridge Factory into the Peters Cartridge Factory Apartments. Architects Bloomfield/Schon, the Cincinnati-based design and development firm behind the transformation of the factory, kept a large amount of the buildings' character when coming up with the redesign. In total, the team spent 12 years from start to finish to realize the dream of saving the factory, which had been vacant for over 40 years, and turning it into an active living facility. / Image: Phil Armstrong, Cincinnati Refined // Published: 2.10.21
