Fibonacci Brewing Company opened their doors in July of 2015 and has been expanding their range of services ever since. In addition to their brewery, beer garden, and fully working farm that features goats, chickens, and bees, they also have two rooms for guests to stay overnight during their visit to the Mt. Healthy spot. ADDRESS: 1445 Compton Road (45231) / Image: Shea Renusch // Published: 11.3.20
The rooms, named Goat View Room One and Goat View Room Two, were both designed in a modern farmhouse style. Located on the second floor of a farmhouse that’s separate from the main taproom, they feature small kitchenettes with mini-fridges, sinks, supplies for morning coffee, and private entrances. Each of the rooms looks out onto the beer garden and farm so visitors can view the chickens and goats from the comfort of their room. / Image: Shea Renusch // Published: 11.3.20

The business is a reflection of co-owners Bob and Betty Bollas’ varied interests and passions. Betty has a love of nature and urban farming while Bob’s passions are for brewing and mathematics. The name of the brewery comes from the mathematical Fibonacci Sequence. The hops in the brewery’s logo represent not only a key ingredient in beer-brewing, but an example of Fibonacci occurring in nature. While co-owner Bob Bollas still works full time as a software engineer, co-owner Betty Bollas has been devoted to the farm and running the B&B full time since 2018. / Image: Shea Renusch // Published: 11.3.20
The brewery is a nano-brewery, meaning it brews in batches consisting of less than seven barrels and produces less than 1000 barrels annually. Because of this, you can always count on this mom & pop brewery to have small batches of unique and tasty beers. / Image: Shea Renusch // Published: 11.3.20
Face masks are currently required when moving around and ordering at the bar, but can be removed when seated. / Image: Shea Renusch // Published: 11.3.20

“This is Spelta!” is an oatmeal-style stout with spelt instead of oats. This brew is a collaboration with the Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association, an organization that helps local sustainable and organic farmers. Bob Bollas says the name is a reference to “the fight of the little guy against the big guy,”—fitting for a collaboration between a nano-brewery and small organic farmers. / Image: Shea Renusch // Published: 11.3.20
