Ever dreamed of faux-flying, doing aerial backbends, or creating a human pyramid? Then acro-yoga is for you.
& Luckily enough, Queen City residents have a great new way to tap into those yogi-dreams (and pick up a few skills along the way).
Here's what you need to know about Cincy Acro.

What: A community of teachers, performers, newbies, and avid learners coming together to enjoy acro-yoga right here in Cincinnati. (Their weekly meetings are called "jams," so you know it's gotta be some serious fun. )
When: The gang meets weekly (Tuesdays from 7-9pm). Plenty of opportunities to check out what this cool new organization is up to.
Where: You can find Cincy Acro's weekly jams at the Clifton Cultural Arts Center. But there are folks coming together for quick sessions all around the city, too! Acro-yoga in Smale Riverfront Park? Fair game.
Details: During the group's weekly jams, their class is split into various skill levels. So whether you're a novice yogi or a pro acro master, there's something for you. Many of the class members are teachers or performers themselves, so you'll always be surrounded by tons of talent and endless energy.
When it comes to those crazy acro-yoga tricks, though, only pictures can do the experience justice. Check out the photo gallery above to see what the Cincy Acro crew has been up to. (Or better yet, check out a jam for yourself!)
