With Bunbury Music Festival tickets now officially on sale, music lovers can finally secure their place on the lawn this summer. The festival kicks off at Sawyer Point on Friday, May 31 and lasts until Sunday, June 2.
Headliners include Fall Out Boy, Greta Van Fleet, The 1975, Run the Jewels, Girl Talk, NF, Machine Gun Kelly, AWOLNATION, Stone Temple Pilots, Sublime with Rome, Dashboard Confessional and more.
The daily schedule will be announced soon, but with Bunbury gaining popularly over the last few years, tickets sell quickly. In fact, the event completely sold out in 2018.
“We sold out all three days last year with a total attendance of 60,000,” says Marissa McClellan, Marketing Director for Bunbury/PromoWest Productions. “In previous years, we have sold out single days but never the entire festival, so that was a big deal for us.”
What can fans expect this year? More opportunities to engage with the festival, new art installations with local artists, and, of course, Braxton Brewery will be the official craft beer partner. Bunbury will also continue to partner with the Cincinnati Zoo for 2019.
Bunbury is also one of the few opportunities in Cincinnati where eclectic and wild festival wear can be seen. In addition to the bands, Bunbury has taken on the role of de facto fashion event as well. Check out the photo gallery of outfits from previous years's shows for a taste of what you'll likely see when you go this year.
And if you want to do Bunbury right, the VIP package, which sold out in 2018, includes the following premier features:
- Food for the entire three days
- Drink discounts
- Special viewing areas close to the stage
- Air-conditioned tents, lockers, and swag bags
- An exclusive VIP entrance that lets you skip the giant line
Are you ready? Here's the full 2019 lineup, and get your tickets ASAP. Organizers anticipate they’ll sell out again.
And don't worry if you don't have the cash right now. Payment plans are available on the Bunbury website.
