Fly Bungee Fitness is a dance-based, group cardio workout that takes the stretching resistance of bungee cords and applies it to a low-impact fitness class. Owner Jaclyn Kolianos opened the Oakley studio in March 2019, making it the first facility of its kind to come to Cincinnati. She’s been in the dance industry for over 20 years and wanted to create a new kind of dance community where people can have fun and workout in an eccentric way. ADDRESS: 4820 Ridge Avenue (45209) / Image: Lacey Keith // Published: 7.17.19
Owner Jaclyn Kolianos began dancing when she was two years old and later fell in love with bungee fitness when she discovered it in 2018. In her spare time, Jaclyn is a part of the Hellenic dance troupe at Holy Trinity Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, performing in the Panegyri Greek festival every June. / Image: Lacey Keith // Published: 7.17.19

First-timers start out with a low-impact class called SIMPLIFLY (LEVEL 1) to learn the basics, where they can expect to implement balance techniques and learn the ‘Sling’ terminology of the classes. It burns around 400-500 calories per class. After that, participants can choose to move on to the MODIFLY (Level 2) class for more intensive routines, and eventually INTENSIFLY (Level 3) for the highest cardio workout offered in the studio. / Image: Lacey Keith // Published: 7.17.19
All classes are an hour and can be purchased on their website, www.flybungeefitness.com. Single classes are $25, and new clients earn a BOGO free offer. Class bundles are also available for those interested in multiple classes at a discounted rate. / Image: Lacey Keith // Published: 7.17.19
