North South Baking Co. mixes local ingredients and age-old baking traditions to make their breads and pastries. Head baker and owner Kate Nycz is from Pennsylvania, but has been baking for people in and around Cincinnati for over two years. She and her team bakes out of the Incubator Kitchen Collective in Newport with plans to open a brick and mortar bakery in the near future.
