Although Toast & Berry has been open for a couple of years, it came under new ownership in March of 2020 and is now part of the Looking Glass Hospitality Group. Director of Marketing Nancy Parrott says, "We were excited about the potential to create a unique daytime dining experience and adding this concept to our growing collection of independent restaurants. For T&B Grill, the owners were looking to create an outlet for the increase in demand for to-go food during the pandemic. They offer a variety of menu items that travel well, including dinner entrees, sandwiches, salads, and more, using only the ingredients they already had in-house for Toast & Berry. Their Cinnamon Roll French Toast is made by layering a house-made loaf of bread with cinnamon, sugar, and butter to create six layers.
