These Condos Showcase Downtown Living At Its Finest

At this point, it’s trite to reference Downtown Cincinnati’s urban renaissance as if you don’t already know what I’m talking about. You do. But as someone who just moved to 8th Street, allow me to describe some of the everyday joys of downtown living.

E-N-E-R-G-Y: Palpable, invigorating, delightful. Like nowhere else in the city. New and different experiences beckon everywhere.

Fine Dining: Sotto’s Cacio e Pepe surely puts this one beyond dispute. But the new Taco Bell (!!!) will be just as important to my daily caloric intake.

Cheap Transportation: Among other things, that “bing” the streetcar makes as it’s leaving a stop has already become a very Pavlovian source of delight. But Metro and TANK are also wonderful.

Things To Do Galore: Plays, museums, bars, parks... et freakin’ cetera. You have to learn how to say “no” to things very quickly.

Unbeatable Convenience: (For example) I got a Santacon email recently offering night-of accommodations at the Millennium Hotel. TIL downtown living = not needing to stay at the Millennium Hotel. That’s a win.

Central Geography: Covington, Mt. Adams, and Clifton are all equally close, with Hyde Park, Norwood, Pleasant Ridge, and Columbia-Tusculum just a teensy drive away. I see friends often whom before I saw rarely, if at all.

Of course, none of that matters if you can’t find a place to live. Luckily, we have a few:
